This Legal Notice complies with current regulations in the Principality of Andorra.
The domain http://www.andorraconventionbureau.comis owned by the public limited company Andorra Turisme SAU, established under Law 13/2007, of 20 September, on the establishment of the public limited company Andorra Turisme, SA, registered in the Register of Companies with number 12,506, volume S-170, sheets 161-170 on 21 January 2008, with tax number 707655R, at the address Carrer Prat de la Creu, 62, in Andorra La Vella.
 
Established under Andorra Turisme, SAU, Andorra Convention Bureau (hereinafter, ACB), is a product club with co-participation between the private and public sectors, with the aim of promoting and consolidating Andorra as a destination for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions.
 
1.- Conditions of use of the website.
This website has been designed to provide information about the ACB and its activities and services.This website contains materials prepared by the ACB for the purpose of information only.
By browsing this website you become a user of the same and this means you accept the following conditions of use.Please read them carefully.
Users must use the website properly in accordance with the law and this legal notice. They will be liable for damages that may be caused by not fulfilling this obligation.

The ACB will treat the information it receives from users confidentially and exclusively with the aim of collecting personal information from the people who send e-mails and are interested in becoming members of the ACB.The information received will not be used for any other purpose.
 
The ACB does not use cookies to access information on users of the website.Nevertheless, it reserves the right to change its criterion regarding the use of cookies.
 
Some of the services included in this website and, in particular, in the membership form, request personal data, which are considered essential.
 
Regarding the data requested for the aforementioned purpose, users may exercise their rights by law, specifically, the right to access, modify or cancel their data and oppose, if necessary, as well as the right to revoke the authorisation given when providing these data.Said rights may be exercised by the user, or if applicable, the person representing the user, by means of a written and signed authorisation, by e-mail to info@andorraconventionbureau.com or by post to C/ Dr.Vilanova, 13. Edifici Davi, Porta C, 3er Pis.The request must include the following details:name and surname of the user, address for notifications, photocopy of the National ID Card or Passport, and specific contents of the exercised right.
 
The ACB shall store personal data it has requested, and shall adopt the necessary measures to prevent unauthorised alteration, loss, treatment and access.The ACB shall comply with these duties in accordance with applicable legislation.
 
 
6.- Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction.
 
This Legal Notice is subject to the Andorran law and any controversy arising from the same shall be solved at the Courts of the Principality of Andorra.
